If you want to check the communication quality in your virtual switchboard, you can perform a simple test using the free "Echo Test" service.

How to Conduct the Test?

  1. Ensure that your programme or device is properly configured and that you have a stable Internet connection.

  2. Dial the following number: 4444.

  3. Upon hearing the greeting message, say a few words aloud.

  4. The system will repeat your words, allowing you to assess the voice transmission quality in both directions.

This test is ideal for detecting potential issues such as latency, echo, or audio dropouts. If you notice any anomalies, check your network settings and switchboard configuration.

Perform this test whenever you need to verify the quality of your voice service.
