PBX Call Reports

In this article you will find a quick guide of how to access the call reports section and use the different filters.

You must request this access to our team and it will arrive via email to your authorized email. The Subject of this email is "Notice" and it will indicate the following information:






You will have to access the PBX panel either through the orange link in the email or through the following website: https://pbx.megacall.es/. Enter the username and password that we have indicated and you will be on the online panel of your virtual switchboard.

Once inside the panel, select Call Reports > Call reports > Search for calls and the following information will appear: 





These filters will allow you to select and search for a specific period, connected calls (duration greater than 1 second), to a particular destination, from a specific extension, only incoming calls, or only outgoing calls, etc. Once the filters have been selected, press the OK button and the call log will appear, which you can download if you wish.
