Click-to-Call Extension Configuration:
Access the Google Chrome Extensions Marketplace and configure the extension.
Provide the necessary data for authorization: integration number and key. These details can be found in the integration settings in the personal area.
Once authorised, the extension will automatically identify numbers on different websites. To make calls, simply hover the cursor over the number and click on the phone icon. It is recommended to pin the extension to the extensions bar for quick access.
If the number cannot be located, you can make the call through selected text. Right-click on the text and choose "Call" from the menu.
In the extension settings, you can also specify domains where number searching should not be performed. Add the relevant websites in the "Add domain" field.
This extension is particularly useful in CRM and helpdesk environments, as all calls made through the add-on are logged in both the statistics and the integrated CRM system.
