Installing Megacall Softphone on PC

This short guide will examine how to make the Megacall softphone run on a PC.

Firstly, we need to Download the Softphone from the following link:

Windows: https://megacall.es/tools/SoftphonePro_MegaCall_5.5.1.exe

MAC: https://megacall.es/tools/SoftphonePro_MegaCall_5.5.1.pkg

We will now save it to our Desktop and then run the application: 

And then simply click "Next" on the screens that appear.

Once the softphone is installed we will see a blue screen that has a space for our Username and Password, these will be the details that we received in the provisioning email.

Here we just need to type the details exactly as they appear...

The final step is to click on the login button, this will then set up the softphone. 

You will need to make sure that you have your Headset/Microphone connected otherwise it will not be possible to make or receive phone calls.
