If you are experiencing any issues with the Calling Card service through any App, we recommend that you try using the service manually by following the steps outlined below:
- Dial 933938104 and wait for a dial tone.
- Upon hearing the prompt/message, dial your destination number followed by the # key, and wait for the connection.
Please note that we have implemented a prompt to ensure that your calls are connecting correctly via the MegaMobile service. If you do not hear this message, please contact us immediately.
It is important to note that the Apps used for our Calling Card service are from third-party companies that are not owned by Megacall. We regret that we are unable to fix any issues or bugs that are external to Megacall and could affect our service. The only workaround in such instances is to use the manual method or to consider moving to VoIP for Mobiles.
