This error message normally occurs when a User has previously been created and then deleted.
When you delete the user from the Dialer it is not deleted completely, but instead it is de-activated and hidden, the reason for this is because if a user is deleted completely it could interfere with the statistics/analytics (if they have made sales in the past).
If you would like to re-activate the user you will need to open a ticket with Support (by emailing support@megacall.es) and indicating your Tenant name and also the exact username you would like to re-activate.
