Creating Users for MegaSMS Platform

In this guide we are going to look at how we can create users for the MegaSMS platform.

First of all we need to log in with our Administrator account, once logged in we will see the following screen.....

To create users we need to navigate to the "Users Administration" option on the left hand menu....

We will now see a screen similar to the one below, it allows us to filter by Login Name and Name (in the event that we have many users). Clicking on the "Filter" option will filter the results down to the value we have specified.

To create a new account we need to click on the "Create" button on the right hand side....

We will now see another screen, this is where we configure the details...

Here we need to fill out the following fields:-

• Name - The name of the User that the login will be created for
• Username - The Username for the user (without spaces)
• Password - The password that will be used, we recommend it be an alphanumeric password for more security
• Confirm Password - Here we need to re-type the password as per previous field
• User Role - Here we need to decide whether the User will be a standard User or Administrator. Standard Users can only send messages where as Administrators have access to create, remove and edit accounts aswell as create templates and generate reports.

Once done we just need to click on "Create" and this will create the User.
