Creating Templates in MegaSMS

In this guide we are going to look at how to create templates in the MegaSMS platform.

Firstly we need to log in with our Administrator account (or a user that has Administrator priviledges)

Next we need to click on "Template SMS" on the left hand menu....

Once here can see an overview of the templates that have already been created....

If we click on the purple icon with the white envelope, we can see a preview of the text that is in that particular template...

To create a brand new template we need to click on the "Create" button on the right hand side...

Next we need to fill out the following 2 sections:-

• Name - This is the name that we want to give to the template
• Text - This will be the text that you want to include in the template. Remember that SMS messages have a limit of 160 characters per message. If the template is over 160 characters it will split it in to 2 SMS messages.

Once done you will need to click on the "Create" button in the bottom left corner.

Note:- Any templates that are created will be visible to all users of the account.
