Can I change which team an User is assigned to?

Yes, this is a very simple process that can be accomplished using the following steps...


Firstly you will need to login to the Megadialer as Administrator, and then click on the "Users" tab on the left hand menu...





Now you will see a list of all the users, in the below example we can see two users.... We can see that one has Admin permissions and the other has Agent permissions....





We can change the permissions in one of 2 different places... The first would simply be by hovering the mouse over the right hand side of the screen, we will then see the different teams the user can be added to.....





To add the team just click on the it





It will then jump over to the center of the screen....





To remove the team it is the process but in reverse, just click on the team you wish to remove and it will jump across to the right...





The other way of changing the team is by clicking on the blue text of the User....





This will take you in to the properties of the user... To assign the team you will need to click on the option on the right hand side...





It will then jump to the left hand side under "Assigned teams". To remove the team just simply click on the team you wish to remove....





If you edit the teams this way it is very important to click on the tick in the top right corner to save the settings...
