In this guide we are going to look at how to set up the Megacall VoIP application on an iOS mobile device.
First of all you would need to download the App, this can be done by opening up the App Store...
Next we need to search for "Megacall App"
Once it appears in the list we need to download it....
Once installed we will see the App Megacall icon on our phone screen....
Once we open the application we will see a screen similar to the one below where we can scan the QR code and it will automatically provision the extension in the application.
To be able to scan the QR code we will need to allow the permissions for the camera.
Next we need to scan the QR code that was sent in the Welcome email with the camera of your smartphone. An example of the welcome email can be seen in the screenshot below...
If recognised will see a small blue bar at the bottom of the screen, this means it is provisioning the App with the extension details
Once the application has been configured successfully, we will see a screen similar to the one below. The green Megacall text in the top left hand corner means that the application has been configured successfully and that the extension is Ready.
