There are 2 options to Transfer an active call:


- "Transfer": it will put the call on hold and open the keypad, dial the destination where you want to transfer the call and press the Orange Call button icon on the bottom of the keypad. The call will be transferred to the destination dialed and you will lose control of the call on your phone. This is considered as a "blind Transfer".


- "Attended Transfer": it will put the call on hold and open the keypad, dial the destination where you want to transfer the call  and press the Orange Call button icon on the bottom of the keypad when it's answered they answer you can speak to this destination before transferring the call, then select the green button on the bottom of the screen called "Transfer". Or reject the transfer and resume the call with the customer again.
