Installing Megacall App on PC

In this short guide, we are going to look at how we can add the Megacall App to run on a PC.

First of all, we need to go to the Support section of the website - https://www.megacall.es/en/support

Once here we need to scroll to the section titled "Download softphone", here we will see links to the various platforms we support such as Windows PC, MacOS, Android and iOS.

We will now save it to our Desktop and then run the application: 

And then simply click "Next" on the screens that appear.

Once the softphone is installed we will see a blue screen that has a space for our Username and Password, these will be the details that we received in the provisioning email.

Here we just need to type the details exactly as they appear...

The final step is to click on the login button, this will then set up the softphone. 

You will need to make sure that you have your Headset/Microphone connected otherwise it will not be possible to make or receive phone calls.
