How can I top-up my SIP Trunk?

In this guide we are going to look at how to move funds over from our Megacall balance over to our SIP Trunk.


First of all we need to go to the billing portal by clicking on the below link and introducing our customer Username and Password:-

Once we have done a top-up in the Megacall Portal we will be able to see our balance at the top corner. If we have SIP TRUNK (or administer several SIP Trunks) we will see the Balance of all of them at the top of the screen....





To transfer the funds from our Balance to the SIP Trunk we simply need to click on the value next to SipTrunk Balance





We will now see a screen allowing us to select how much we want to move and which SIP Trunk we want to move it to. We can also see how much remaining balance we would have  when the funds have transferred.


In this example we are going to add it to "My SIP Trunk 1".


Once we have entered the value and selected the SIP Trunk we are going to click on the orange "Send" button....





We will now see that our balance has been updated, aswell the balance of our SIP Trunks...





We can also see that the balance has been moved to the SIP Trunk we selected earlier...
