In this guide we are going to look at how to make a payment in the Megacall Customer Portal.

First of all we need to go to the billing portal by clicking on the below link and introducing our customer Username and Password:-

Once logged in we have 2 ways of topping up, you can either click on the balance at the top of the screen or click on the Top-Up option on the left hand menu...

Once in the top-up area, you can choose one of the payment options supported by your country. You will need to input the amount you wish to top-up, then check the box agreeing to the Terms & Conditions and then click on the "Send" button, you will then be re-directed to the vendor payment portal.

Once the payment has been successfully completed, we will see it reflected on the balance.
