In this short guide we are going to look at how to connect the 3CX app on iOS.
Firstly we need to access the App store and download the app called "3CX"
Once downloaded we need to open the App and accept the License Agreement. We will also need to accept the notifications permissions requested by iOS
We also need to accept the permissions to access the micrphone...
The first time you run the App you will be prompted to scan the QR code, this is the unique QR code that each agent will be able to see in their online portal.
The app will now ask for permissions to access the camera (to scan the QR code).
To see their QR code the agent will need to access their account via a computer browser, once logged in they will need to click on the 3 dots on the left hand menu and then on settings....
The agent will now see the "General" tab, and then a blue QR Code button, they will need to click on this....
This will pop up a screen which will show the QR code, please note this is unique to each agent and allows for one single provisioning attempt.
The 3CX app should now be correctly setup on your iOS device.
