How can I delete a specific contact from Megadialer?

In this tutorial we are going to look at how to delete a specific contact within a campaign in the Megadialer.



To delete a specific lead we first need to search for the lead that we want to remove, as the best way to delete a single lead is using its ID within the dialer.


To do this we are going to click on "Contact view" on the left hand menu....





We will see an overview of the data where we can see the headers, the ones that we will use to search are the ones in grey





We can search on the email address for example, so for this we will type "Email_Address=" and put the email address we want to filter after the "=" symbol.... Once done we just click on the magnifying glass icon to start the search...





We can see in the below screen that it has now been filtered...





To delete the lead we simply click on the "Trash" icon in the top right corner....





Once clicked we will see the below message, we need to click on it again....





Finally we will see another message that is yet another confirmation about deleting, here we need to ensure that it has a filter applied (in this example Email_Address=oranyell9f@webeden.co.uk) and then we just need to click on "Run"
