How can I change a users password?

In this guide we will look at how we can change a users password in Megadialer.

First of all we need to log in to our dialer account with Administrator priviledges, then we need to click on "Users" on the left hand menu....

Once done we will see a list of the users that we have active, we need to click on the blue text of the user we want to edit the password for...

Once inside the username, we need to scroll to the bottom of the page and we will see the Password section, here we have 2 boxes to introduce the new password and also to confirm the new password....

Recommendations for Passwords:-

The password box is colour coded to help you pick a secure password.... there are 3 colours....

RED:

This will appear when the password is too weak, examples of weak passwords are "12345", "abc123" or "password". The dialer won´t allow you to use weak passwords as this could pose a security risk.

YELLOW:

These are passwords that are possible to use however they are weak also. They are normally passwords that contain only 1 UPPERCASE letter and 2 numbers. Whilst these passwords are allowed on the system, the dialer informs that they aren´t super secure...

These types of passwords would be "Password12" or "12345abc" for example.

GREEN:

These passwords are what the dialer considers "Secure Passwords", they are passwords that contain at least 1 UPPERCASE letter, at least 1 number and at least 1 symbol. Examples of these types of passwords are "Password123&" or "SecurePassword123!"

Once you have input the password you will need to click on the tick in the top right hand corner....
