Forwarding an extension to a number in the PBX

In this tutorial we are going to look at how we can create a call forward from our extension directly in the Virtual Switchboard.


First of all we need to login to the Virtual Switchboard, this can be done by clicking on the below link:-

Should you not have the login details you can request them by sending an email to support@megacall.es from the authorised email address for your account.


The next step is to click on "Extensions





From here we need to select the extension which we want to forward...





Now we need to click on "Incoming Call Rules"





In the Incoming call rules we need to select "Transfer to" from the dropdown menu....





Then we type the phone number we wish to forward to in international format (for example 0034, 0044 etc)





Then we need to select "allow" in the section detailed below....





And then we need to select "Follow" on the last dropdown as per the image below...





Once all the details have been set and the screen looks similar to the one below, we can simply click on the "OK" button to save the changes.
